Why Michaela gets it

I’m Michaela Thomas – Clinical Psychologist, ADHD-er, and founder of The Thomas Connection.

I was diagnosed with ADHD in my late 30s, so I know what it’s like to juggle ambition, overstimulation, and exhaustion and not know why my brain is spinning.
My work blends:

  • 20+ years of clinical expertise in mental health

  • Evidence-based tools from psychology and ADHD research, blending Compassion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and CBT.
