About Michaela

I’m Michaela Thomas — Clinical Psychologist, AuDHD coach, Couples Therapist, Author, Speaker and Podcaster.

Alongside running my psychology practice, I’m raising an 8-year-old whirlwind (ADHD) and a cheeky 4-year-old, so I get the juggle.

I help ambitious ADHD women find balance before burnout – so they can live, love, and work with more meaning.

As someone diagnosed with ADHD myself (and a recovering perfectionist), I know how vital systems, support, and self-compassion are to burning bright, not burning out.
