How striving for perfect burns you out

a workshop for working parents

Being a working parent is hard. If you constantly have to follow high standards and yet have a feeling of never being good enough, it’s even harder.

This session will briefly cover perfectionism in working parents, and how you can take a break, before you break.

Follow your ambition without drowning in it,

by letting go of the pressure of perfection,

to live, love and work in a more meaningful way.

Taking imperfect action is more helpful than striving for perfection, as it helps you burn bright rather than letting your fire burn out.

By the end of the workshop, you will have learned how progress is more important than perfection, and how you can connect more with others by being vulnerable and showing your flaws.
